ActivTrak is looking for a driven and customer-focused Solutions Architect to join our Services team. As a technical expert on the ActivTrak platform, you will guide customers through onboarding, technical implementation of the ActivTrak Platform, and custom data integrations while ensuring they achieve their business goals. This role demands hands-on expertise in ActivTrak and related technologies to deliver seamless solutions and maximize value for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Success Focus: Act as a trusted advisor, deeply understanding customer needs, challenges, and business objectives to deliver tailored solutions that maximize ActivTrak’s value.
- Technical Onboarding & Implementation: Deliver technical onboarding, deployment, and integration projects, ensuring smooth adoption and alignment with customer goals.
- Technology Expertise: Serve as the ActivTrak platform's subject matter expert (SME), translating business needs into technical solutions and providing guidance on best practices.
- Collaboration: Partner with Project Managers, Sales, and Customer Success teams to deliver joint engagements, such as workshops, customer HyperCare support, and strategic project expertise.
- Customer Advocacy: Collect and relay customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams, contributing to platform improvements and new feature development.
- Project Leadership: Develop and execute project plans and statements of work (SOW) for deployments, integrations, and optimization projects, proactively addressing potential roadblocks.
- Technical Support: Troubleshoot deployment, configuration, and performance issues and provide expert advice on topics like Software Distribution, SCIM, APIs, and BI integrations.
- Data Customization: Design and deliver custom data solutions, leveraging tools like BigQuery and BI platforms to meet unique customer requirements.
