Alation is looking for a highly driven, analytical, results-oriented operations professional to join the Revenue Operations team. This individual will be reporting to the Director of Revenue Ops and will be responsible for helping to optimize and streamline our customer operations by analyzing customer data, identifying trends, and making recommendations to improve overall utilization and satisfaction. You will need past experience in a fast-paced, rapidly growing organization and be willing to roll up your sleeves to get the work done. You excel at driving scalable processes, influencing in all directions, and have a solid understanding of the enterprise selling processes.

What You'll Do

  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key metrics and provide insights to leadership
  • Assist with data management and ensure the accuracy and completeness of customer records
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights that can be used to improve satisfaction, expansion, and retention
  • Own renewal and churn reporting, forecasting risk, and available to renew pipeline
  • Develop and automate surveys, integrating results into Alation tools for reporting and analysis
  • Work closely with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to develop and implement processes across the customer journey that improve customer insights and automation.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to increase efficiency and scale our customer operations
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer feedback is integrated into product development and service delivery
  • Support the development and implementation of training and education materials for customer facing team members
  • Develop renewal and product expansion/adoption plays for sales to run with customers
  • Administer Planhat and other tool integrations into Salesforce

What You Need

  • Experience with SFDC.
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Ops or Customer Success Ops.
  • Preferred experience supporting multiple departments - Customer Success, Sales, Support, Marketing, and Services.
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • We're looking for a highly consultative and customer-centric sales professional with superb collaboration skills.
  • Capacity to think and act on both a tactical and strategic level.
  • A creative thinker who’s not afraid to share ideas and give (and receive) both positive and negative feedback.
  • A risk taker who has a high level of ambitions balanced with good business judgment and instincts.
  • Strong background focused on quantitative analysis, Excel, and logical reasoning
  • Strong ability to influence and drive solutions cross-functionally with senior management
  • Strong written and verbal communication, with experience delivering presentations to an executive audience.
