Job Description:

As a Senior Campaign Operations Manager at Alation, you will lead the campaign strategy and execution process. You will partner with stakeholders to improve the campaign process, thinking of ways to introduce automation to help scale the organization.

You are a marketing operations expert with experience in Marketo and martech and with experience in the B2B space. You are a leader and a strategic partner who can bring together cross-functional teams across Marketing, SDR, PMM, Rev ops, IT, and more to drive results.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, from intake to scoping, build, QA, and segmentation strategy.

  • Own the segmentation strategy for campaigns and air traffic control to ensure the right email goes out to the contact. Work with PMM to create Personas in Marketo and a detailed email scheduling process that shows what emails are going out to each persona.

  • Design a more efficient, standardized intake process for marketing operations requests

  • Develop Campaign Ops standard operating procedures, including SLAs, timelines, templates, and campaign architecture governance for all types of campaigns.

  • Utilize A/B testing and performance analysis to optimize email content, subject lines, and segmentation strategies to maximize email performance.

  • Campaign execution, including list uploads, Marketo email promos, forms, SFDC Campaigns, and agency management.

  • Training and enablement on best practices and process

  • Be an admin for Marketo and Goldcast

You Should Have:

  • 8+ years of working in a B2B marketing operations role (4+ yrs in a Campaign Ops role)

  • Expert in Marketo (Certification preferred)

  • Proven experience in Event technology (Goldcast, Swoogo, Splash)

  • Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail

  • Self-starter, creative problem-solver, and highly organized

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship-building

  • Strong verbal/written communication skills and analytical skills

  • Fast learner with initiative and willingness to learn new things, test new techniques, and experiment

  • Excitement for and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, always-changing environment

  • B.A./B.S. or equivalent experience.

Compensation Pay Range:

$143,611.00 - $165,000.00

Salary Information

The base salary range is specific to the United States. The salary of the final candidate selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to internal equity, experience, education, work location, specialty and training. If the final candidate has a different level of experience, the base salary target range may be lower or higher than what is published.
