We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Singapore.

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing (50%):

• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent for technical and non-technical roles on a global level.

• Utilize various channels such as social media, job boards, professional networks, and employee referrals to identify potential candidates.

• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs around the globe.

• Conduct initial screenings and assess candidates' qualifications to ensure they meet job requirements.

2. Recruitment (30%):

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate communications, interview scheduling, and offer negotiations.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and team dynamics.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely and professional communication.

• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.

3. HR Generalist (20%):

• Assist in the development and implementation of HR processes and initiatives.

• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

• Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.

• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.

Communication with Main HR Team:

• Maintain day-to-day communication with the main HR team based in Tel Aviv, Israel.

• Ensure alignment and collaboration on HR initiatives, recruitment strategies, and company policies.

• Participate in virtual meetings and provide updates on the progress of talent acquisition activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience (3+ years) in talent sourcing and recruitment in a high-tech organization.

• Strong understanding of global sourcing techniques and tools, including social media platforms and job boards.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining effective collaboration with the team.

• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Knowledge of regional (APAC) employment laws and regulations is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Previous experience in Sourcing/Talent Acquisition roles.

• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
