We are looking for an HRIS and People Operations Specialist to ensure the smooth operation of our systems and processes and to support various people projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide ongoing support to HR/ Managers/ Employees around the HR systems (HiBob, Comeet, Udemy, CultureAmp)
  • Maintain and improve HR processes and flows in systems
  • Ensure data integrity and work closely with Payroll and Finance on data alignment.
  • Produce regular and ad-hoc HR-related reporting and analysis.
  • Support the operational side of HR and talent processes such as performance reviews, goals setting, learning, engagement surveys, benefits coordination and others
  • Maintenance of compensation surveys (data input and output)
  • Participate in various HR/ Finance/ Legal projects and initiatives

Requirements

  • 3 years experience as HRIS specialist/ HR generalist / C&B analyst/ HR consulting
  • Excellent technical & analytical skills
  • Attention to details
  • Good understanding of main HR processes and practices around employee lifecycle.
  • Experience in C&B or Learning is an advantage
  • Results-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Global experience
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently, with proven ability to form strong partnerships with key stakeholders including senior leaders
  • Willingness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills – English and Hebrew
