Senior Sales Account Manager team members in APAC report directly to the VP of Sales for APAC and will be part of the APAC commercial team focused on driving BioCatch account management and sales activities in the SAARC region in the Banking and Financial Services market. They will primarily look after financial services accounts in India. They will be charged with building deep customer relationships, executing a developed strategic account plan for new, up-sell and cross-sell opportunities and driving high customer satisfaction in those accounts.
BioCatch is seeking a dynamic, energetic, entrepreneurial sales professional, who will develop sales revenues from new customers. This role will be responsible for the entire sales process from inception to successful conclusion including cultivating whitespace opportunities, prospecting, qualification, pipeline management, negotiation and closing.
Role Responsibilities:
- Develop sales revenues from new and prospect BioCatch accounts with an emphasis on developing new business from within the target accounts.
- Drive a strategic account plan for specific accounts including opportunity management through to successful deal closure whilst maintaining a dynamic and consultative approach.
- Establish, cultivate and develop strategic partnership with customers, channel and technology partners in order to execute BioCatch’s GTM strategy.
- Collaborate with the executive management and BioCatch leadership to exceed sales objectives, expanding BioCatch customer success.
- Work in partnership with the APAC commercial team, including Business Development, Pre-Sales/Sales Engineering and Account Management functions to maximize revenue and technology adoption whilst retaining accountability for customer satisfaction.
- Develop and enhance BioCatch’s strong brand within our prospective accounts.
- Successfully execute strategic and operational sales and marketing activities as well as representing BioCatch at relevant events.
- Accurately manage forecasting including pipeline management and company reports.
Requirements
- Ideally 6+ years of experience in selling technology solutions with a recent focus on solution-selling to banks, finance-market or complex enterprises environments.
- Experience in selling fraud prevention or consumer authentication solutions with a good knowledge of SaaS/Cloud based solutions.
- Experience of complex direct sales with a track record of deals with multi-million value bookings with banks, credit card, financial services companies or similar verticals.
- A proactive and self-motivated entrepreneurial individual with a consultative sales approach who thrives in a scale-up environment, with a “can-do” mentality and a commitment to succeed.
- Excellent communication, written and verbal presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate/communicate business value across multiple stakeholders, through to C-level executives.
- Willing to undertake frequent domestic and infrequent international travel.
- Native English speaker
- Have a trusted status within an established network, including local, regional and international banking clients whilst being an expert at connecting executive-level prospects.
