Activities

ACTIVITIES
HR Communication, Events and HR Administration Support
- Support the team in drafting all communications pertaining to HR topics for all campaigns and general administration.
- Ensure sending timely reminders when communications reflect deadlines.
- Develop Calendar tracks for all public holidays with reference to UAE and Qatar.
- Support the HR team on all Company related events in terms of communication/coordination such as Employee Engagement, long-service awards, TUS collaborated events ,internal communication actions and all other HR events/Townhall management.
- Coordinate the on-boarding process alongwith BO team.
- Provide support on local administration including Exit formalities as and when required.
Communication on Talent Development Campaigns
- Communicate all TD Campaigns and support in drafting/communicating in Hindi language.
- Closely work with the Talent Developer on areas of Talent Development for TEMME, TELBU and TEMQ.
- Coordinating the Inductions for all new joiners (internal/external) alongwith the HR Coordinator; evaluation form to be completed with all pending areas.
- Support on the HR dashboards and other reports as and when required.
- Participate in interview process, training confirmations on front line coordination along with the TD.
- Draft all communications pertaining to the TD scope : New joiners and trainings.
- Provide support on creating the ITP file with Codes and updated cost.
- Support on tracking all updated and validated Job descriptions.
- Updating the organization charts on a quarterly basis and/or when required.
- Updating the documents pertaining to Audit checks for ISO and Maestro while coordinating with HR Back Office team
- Regular update of recruitment/mobility tracker alongwith the TD and BO team
- Project: Employees updated resumes to be coordinated and managed for upload in HR4U
Compliance & Due Diligence
- Ensure all vendor checks are in place with reference to compliance/due diligence under recruitments and trainings alongwith BO team.
Support the team on all ad-hoc related activities as and when required.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
HSSEQ Objectives
- Strict adherence and compliance towards Group QHSE policy with high Quality of QHSE performance and complying with affiliate’s QHSE Policy, Procedures & specific rules & regulations applicable to the area of activity at all time.
- Participate in the training program to acquire QHSE knowledge and impart this training to colleagues as and when required by Management.
- Reporting of near misses, incidents, hazards & injuries to line Manager within the time frame as required by Quality, HSE, Energy policies and Manuals.
- Participate in the Investigation and analysis of incidents as and when required.
- Comply with LIGHT VEHICLE USE & CONTROL HSEP 35
- Strict adherence to QHSE requirements with full authority to stop any operation for safety reasons.
- Demonstrates exemplary conduct, rigor, vigilance and professionalism regarding HSE in all their activities
Compliance Objectives
- Ensure full adherence to the company’s compliance program, its policies and procedures including economic sanctions and export control in all professional activities.
- Promptly notify the compliance officer/economic sanctions referent of any instances of noncompliance or violations of economic sanctions or export control that comes to my attention.
Candidate Profile

Knowledge:
- Comprehension on internal communication, Training and recruitment practices, HR dashboards, reporting and analysis.
- HR MIS tool would be an added advantage. Excellent know-how on MS office tools.

- Self-motivated, creative with good skills for planning and independently carrying out job
- Ability to work independently, take initiatives, generating new ideas, demonstrating conviction and interacting across all hierarchical steps
- English/ Hindi language proficiency is a must
- MS office Proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or an equivalent degree in similar specialization.
Experience:
- 3-5 years’ of experience preferably in a fast paced multinational / preferably with commercial and manufacturing setups.
- Experience in handling HR communications ,recruitments and training related processes, project management and Administration related activities.
