About the Role:
As a Principal Technical Recruiter, you will harness talent market expertise to source passive prospects, convert high-quality leads into candidates, identify value drivers to align motivators, and advise hiring managers, interviewers, and leaders while you craft forward-focused talent strategies.
As a core member of the Talent Team, you will help to prime a remote-first talent strategy, and scale and deploy strategic talent initiatives. You will support hiring across our Engineering, Product, and Design recruiting efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead recruitment for our Technical Teams (Engineering, Product, and Design) and develop strong partnerships/relationships with Tech organization leads.
  • Partner with leadership to determine business needs, and develop competitive recruiting strategies and structure.
  • Partner and drive employer brand initiatives that educate candidates on CaptivateIQ and how we're empowering our customers.
  • Develop diverse pipeline strategies and partner with Hiring Managers to set goals/commitments on hiring/building diverse pipelines.
  • Partner with the HRBP to streamline our hiring process.
  • Build candidate relationships and drive offer approvals, extensions, and negotiations.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably with a focus on Engineering, Product, and Design.
  • Recruiting and sourcing experience at a high-growth tech company in a lead capacity.
  • Proven track record of successfully attracting world-class technical talent.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, demonstrating an ability to influence and work collaboratively with leadership and executives and to drive a cross-functional team in an aligned direction.
  • Mentor and develop others, while coaching through all stages of the hiring process.
  • Strong sense of urgency and relentless in delivering results.
  • Growth mindset, curious, and focused on continuous improvement.
