Catchpoint is looking for a finance professional specializing in Go to Market & commission who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is able to multi-task in a growing finance team. This role's responsibilities focus on GTM analysis, building and administrating commission plans, and collaboration with our FP&A/Accounting/Revenue Operations teams.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain monthly and quarterly commission for all variable carrying individuals
• Sales capacity planning and attainment
• Reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 4-6 years of finance experience
• Experience with CRM (Salesforce a plus)
• Experience with a commission tool (CaptivateIQ a plus)
• Strong MS Office experience (Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
