Publish new content and update existing content on marketing pages. Use strong communication skills (written and verbal) to lead web localization efforts, coordinating with product marketing, the Japan marketing team, the localization team, etc. Optimize website speed and optimize web pages for organic search and accessibility. Utilize digital strategies to drive international growth. Analyze and improve our use of chat to engage prospects. Build new landing page and optimize existing ones. Ensure lead generation from our website is optimized and leads are routed appropriately. Conduct regression test website to ensure all tracking and pages are behaving as expected. Pull web marketing metrics regularly and look for opportunities to improve. Collaborate with Design Team to ensure web designs are consistent with brand guidelines and with content owners to improve and expand content across the site.

Position allows telecommuting from anywhere in the U.S. Salary: $133,640 - $155,000 per year.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or U.S. equivalent in Marketing Management, Marketing, Business Management, or related field plus 3 years of professional experience managing web pages (including producing new web pages and updating existing web pages) and using metrics to improve the conversion rate of web pages in a B2B organization. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of experience, the employer will accept a Master’s degree or U.S. equivalent in Marketing Management, Marketing, Business Management, or related field, plus 1 years of professional experience managing web pages (including producing new web pages and updating existing web pages) and using metrics to improve the conversion rate of web pages in a B2B organization. Must also have experience in the following; 1 year of professional experience working with web technologies (including HTML, CSS, OR JavaScript); 1 year of professional experience utilizing technical SEO optimization tools (including SEMrush, Ahrefs, OR Google Search Console); 1 year of professional experience using analytical tools (including Google Analytics, Tableau, OR Amplitude); 1 year of professional experience performing website localization utilizing Crowdin, Drift, or Smartling.
