About the Team
The Engineering team at Clari is an Agile shop that practices Scrum across all of our teams. We layer in coordination practices such as Big Room Planning to stay aligned to Clari’s KPIs quarterly across sites and teams. About the Role
We are looking for talented software engineers who are passionate about building products that customers love to use and services, APIs, and tooling that make other teams’ work easier, more robust, and more scalable. You’ll work with truly remarkable colleagues across the product development team to solve complex problems at enterprise scale. The products we build are used by many of the most well-known companies in the world.

This is a fully remote opportunity and can be worked from any location in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Design and improve the data infrastructure that powers Clari’s products and large-scale data platform
  • Learn and contribute to all aspects of the data platform, from data extraction and transformation from external systems to query performance, reliability, and scalability
  • Mentor junior engineers and maintain a high standard of engineering excellence. Contribute to the growth of Clari by assisting in the hiring of great talent
  • Build the software that powers our best-in-class data pipelines, ETL system, and analytics features at enterprise scale, processing billions of records and millions of workflows
  • Write scalable, robust, and fully-tested software for deployment in mission-critical production environments
  • Set and maintain high standards of availability, performance and scalability
  • Create and improve tooling and processes to help reduce development friction, improve reliability and visibility, and enable greater productivity across the development organization

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of software development experience using Java or similar object-oriented languages for backend development
  • Experience leading projects from inception through deployment
  • Experience with relational databases (ideally Postgres) and NoSQL databases like MongoDB
  • Experience with AWS and cloud automation
  • Experience building scalable systems and architectures

The goal of Clari’s compensation program is to be transparent, attract potential employees, meet the needs of all current employees and encourage employees to stay and grow at Clari.
    Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to specific work location, skill set, depth of experience, education and certifications.
    The salary range for this position is $128,000 to $192,000. The compensation package for this position also includes stock options and company-paid benefits, including well-being and professional development stipends.
