We are looking for a Staff Product Manager to define and drive the product strategy for the Cohesity platform portfolio, spanning data protection and AI-powered products. This role is centered on setting a clear product vision, building multi-year roadmaps, and leading go-to-market initiatives that accelerate customer adoption and platform growth. You will work closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and field teams to align platform capabilities with real customer needs and market demand. The role requires strong judgment, systems thinking, and the ability to translate complex platform capabilities into clear value for customers and partners. As part of the Platforms Product Management team, you will shape the core platform decisions that power Cohesity’s products and influence how enterprises protect, manage, and use data at scale.

HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE

• Define and own the product strategy and multi-year roadmap for Cohesity platforms, including data protection and AI-driven capabilities, with clear priorities tied to customer value and business growth.

• Lead go-to-market planning in partnership with Sales, Marketing, and Field teams to drive adoption, positioning, and successful launches across enterprise and partner channels.

• Translate customer, market, and competitive insights into platform investments that improve scalability, reliability, security, and ease of deployment.

• Work closely with Engineering to align technical directions, execution plans, and delivery timelines, making tradeoffs that balance innovation with platform stability.

• Collaborate with external OEM partners to explore opportunities to optimize existing platforms and introduce new, innovative platforms together.

• Act as a central product voice across internal teams and customers, clearly communicating platform value, roadmap intent, and execution progress.

WE’D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING

• 12+ years of industry experience with 7+ years of product management experience working on complex, technical products with ownership across strategy, roadmap, and execution.

• Proven experience owning end-to-end delivery of enterprise products, from problem definition through launch, adoption, and iteration.

• Experience defining and productizing hardware and software platforms, ideally supporting data protection, data management, or related enterprise workloads.

• Strong understanding of the competitive landscape, using market and competitor insights to define requirements and win in the field.

• Exposure to GPU-based and AI platforms is a plus, including familiarity with systems built on NVIDIA technologies.

• Good to have a demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity

• Bachelor’s degree is a must, and a master's degree or an MBA, is a plus

• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support decision making
