Want to join the leader in AI-powered data security?
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Legal Operations Analyst to become the operational engine of our global Legal, Regulatory & Compliance team. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role where you will own the systems, workflows, and records that keep our global legal function running at speed.
The ideal candidate will be driving operational excellence between Legal and the wider business translating complex legal requirements into streamlined processes, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks as we scale internationally.
This role requires availability during Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours to collaborate effectively with our core team.
HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:
Legal Workflow & Ticket Management: Optimise legal workflows to deliver rapid, high-quality responses to internal queries, incident reports, and regulatory requests, maintaining a zero-bottleneck environment.
Global Compliance & Regulatory Coordination: Coordinate regulatory filings, policy updates, and due diligence activities across multiple international jurisdictions to ensure ongoing global compliance.
Contract & Signature Operations: Own the end-to-end signature process using Ironclad, DocuSign — ensuring all contracts are executed, filed, and distributed without delays.
Document & Records Management: Maintain a clean, organised document repository so that any file is retrievable in seconds; keep all internal records current and audit-ready.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the strategic link between Legal and other business units — Finance, HR, Product, and Operations — to accelerate project delivery and unblock dependencies.
KPI Design & Process Improvement: Design and monitor productivity KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and implement targeted process improvements that measurably move the needle.
Legal Operations Standardization: Develop process, templates, and automated intake systems that empower the broader business to self-serve and move faster.
Corporate Governance: Manage governance records, entity maintenance, signature protocols, and regulatory compliance projects to safeguard overall corporate health.
WE'D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:

Exceptional organisational skills with a proven ability to manage high volumes of documentation and administrative tasks simultaneously.
Tech-savvy and comfortable working with tools such as Ironclad, Docusign, and digital filing systems — you pick up new tools quickly.
Meticulous attention to detail; accuracy in every document, signature, and record you touch is non-negotiable.
Project management mindset — able to convert complex legal requirements into simple, documented, repeatable workflows.
Collaborative mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
Fluent English is required; additional language skills are a strong advantage given our global team and partner network.
Strong communicator who can translate legal concepts into clear, business-friendly language for non-legal stakeholders.
Comfortable working in a global organization across different time zones and cultural contexts.
Must be available to work PST hours (PT time zone preferred, or willing to align working hours to PST).
Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and support high-quality decision-making.
