Role summary

This role provides the commercial and operational coordination that keeps Cohesity Academy's training business moving, bridging Sales, Customers, and Training Operations. It supports quarterly bookings attainment, coordinates dedicated and buy-out customer classes, and drives backlog burndown so purchased training is delivered on time. It also manages training registrations and works with Authorised Training Partners (ATPs) to schedule and deliver training.

Unlike programme delivery or partner enablement roles focused on strategic design, the emphasis here is on day-to-day commercial and operational execution — the connective tissue that keeps deals, deliveries, and customer experience moving.

How you will spend your time here

  • Support achievement of quarterly bookings targets through Education-led engagement with Sales.
  • Partner with Account Executives to position and support training within customer deals.
  • Drive Education order backlog burndown, improving revenue recognition and fulfilment timelines.
  • Act as primary point of contact for dedicated and buy-out customer classes, ensuring smooth coordination.
  • Work with Authorised Training Partners (ATPs) to schedule and deliver training.
  • Manage and support training registrations, ensuring an efficient customer onboarding experience.
  • Coordinate across Sales, Operations, and Partners to ensure timely and accurate training delivery.

You are a great fit if you have

  • Experience in training coordination, services delivery, or sales support environments.
  • Strong ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Partners, and Operations teams.
  • Understanding of order management, scheduling, and backlog reduction processes.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage end-to-end coordination of training engagements.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent activities.
  • Excellent communication skills for customer, partner, and internal stakeholder interaction.
