About the Position

As an Engineering Manager within Prospect Solutions, you’ll work with future customers to identify areas of improvement in their product discovery experiences. Your specific responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with sales, data science, product, and other engineering teams to demonstrate the value that Constructor provides to customer prospects
• Leading the recruiting and hiring processes for your team
• Guiding the career growth of engineers, helping them advance in their careers and overcome any challenges along the way
• Improving our tech stack, source code, tooling, and testing
• Supporting the team with thoughtful code reviews, efficient cross team collaboration, and effective goals prioritization.
• Learning and improving existing patterns that leverage Node, OpenSearch, Nest.js (Express) and CloudFormation scripting
• Expanding our toolkit through interactions with LLMs / GPT (Open AI)
