Creatio is looking for an Analyst to join our Sales Analytics Division. In this role, you will support data-driven decision-making across the business by developing and optimizing procedures, building analytical reports, and integrating new data sources into our systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize MS SQL procedures to support reporting and analytics.
- Design and build new reports in Power BI based on business needs.
- Maintain and enhance data architecture for efficient performance and scalability.
- Integrate and synchronize new data sources (e.g., Google Analytics, Sage) into our DWH environment.
- Create clear, user-friendly documentation to support report usage and interpretation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align on goals, share progress, and improve data visibility.
- Ensure timely updates and maintenance of reference tables and key data sets.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Confident working with SQL (MSSQL/MySQL/PostgreSQL) for data manipulation and performance optimization.
- Hands-on (3+ years) experience with Microsoft Power BI and Excel (including Power Pivot).
- Solid understanding of data modeling and relational databases.
- Experience working with marketing campaigns is a plus.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.
- A bachelor's degree in a technical or related field is preferred.
