We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Operations Manager to lead and enhance our HR operational processes. This role will oversee the daily HR activities, manage internal HR systems, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and support the continuous improvement of HR initiatives in all locations of hiring. The HR Operations Manager will be a key driver in delivering a seamless employee experience and efficient HR services to the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR operational processes including onboarding, offboarding, employee lifecycle management, and HR administration.
  • Oversee HR data management, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with legal and company standards.
  • Manage internal systems for people’s data and drive improvements in automatization
  • Develop, implement, and improve HR policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies in all locations of hiring
  • Partner with Payroll, Finance, Legal, IT and other departments to ensure smooth cross-functional processes.
  • Provide HR reporting and metrics to senior leadership, identifying trends and recommending actions.
  • Support employee relations activities by advising managers and employees on HR policies and best practices.
  • Mentor a team of HR administrators
  • Stay updated on HR trends, technologies, and best practices to propose and drive continuous improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (HR certifications preferred – e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CIPD).
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in HR operations in global companies
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance.
  • Proficient in HRIS platforms
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in Software Development Industry
  • Project management skills and experience leading HR projects.
  • Experience in global or multi-location HR operations
