Who We’re Looking For:
We are looking for a Corporate Travel Specialist with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Organize business trips and provide support to the company employees (visas, tickets, transfer, accommodation, etc.);
- Conduct researches on visa and travel issues, find the optimal ways of costs savings;
- Cooperate with different shared services, vendors, and other departments involved;
- Provide financial and statistics reporting.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English and Ukrainian languages;
- 3+ years of travel industry experience;
- BA in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or similar relevant field;
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
