Who We’re Looking For:
Accounts Receivable Manager is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely recording of receivables. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of accounts receivable practices.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and send out invoices, statements, and payment reminders to customers
- Reconcile accounts receivable records to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Collaborate with the sales and customer success teams to address and resolve billing issues
- Prepare and analyze accounts receivable financial reports
- Assist in month/quarter-end closing activities related to accounts receivable
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients regarding their accounts and payments
- Working hours: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (EET)
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in legal, accounting, finance, or related field preferred
- Working experience as Legal, Finance or Accounts Receivable Manager preferred
- Strong analytical, mathematical and account reconciliation skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Customer service orientation
- Basic legal knowledge (B2B contracting principles and best practices) is a plus.
- Proficiency in English – Upper Intermediate, Advanced
- Proficiency in using Microsoft office
