Who We're Looking For
The Head of Delivery Assurance is responsible for leading the Delivery Assurance function within the Center of Delivery Excellence.
The role ensures consistent, predictable, and high-quality delivery across all project types, delivery models, and client engagements.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery Leadership
- Own and manage the Delivery Assurance direction within the Center of Delivery Excellence
- Define and continuously improve delivery standards and governance across all projects
- Ensure a consistent delivery approach across different project types and execution models
Team Management
- Lead and develop teams of: Delivery Assurance Leads, Business Architects, Technical Architects
- 2. Set clear roles, responsibilities, and collaboration models across teams
- Support professional growth and performance management
Delivery Processes & Governance
- Design and maintain unified delivery processes for: internal delivery, partner-led delivery, hybrid delivery models
- Establish delivery controls, escalation paths, and quality checkpoints
- Drive risk, issue, and dependency management practices
Project & Stakeholder Management
- Oversee complex and high-risk projects
- Support critical client situations and escalations
- Align delivery execution with business, sales, and partner teams
Strategic & Critical Thinking
- Identify delivery risks early and drive mitigation actions
- Contribute to delivery strategy, resource planning, and engagement models
- Support the continuous improvement of delivery maturity

- 10+ years of experience in delivery, project, or program management
- Proven experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Strong background in enterprise or large-scale software implementations
- Experience working with external partners and distributed teams
- Hands-on experience with client escalations and delivery recovery
