Who We’re Looking For:

We are looking for a Tech Lead to join the team responsible for Design Time tools for Freedom UI pages and platform capabilities that enable customers to customize and extend the Creatio system.

In this role, you will lead the development of powerful UI tooling and customization features, shape technical decisions, mentor engineers, and ensure the team delivers scalable and high-quality solutions. This position combines technical leadership, hands-on development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of scalable and maintainable solutions for Freedom UI Design Time and customization tools.
• Define and drive technical direction and architectural decisions together with the team.
• Actively participate in development, especially in complex or high-impact areas.
• Mentor engineers, support their professional growth, and foster a strong engineering culture.
• Facilitate team processes and ceremonies: backlog refinement, sprint planning, and sprint reviews.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, stakeholders, and other teams to align technical solutions with product goals.
• Drive improvements in development processes, engineering standards, and development practices.
• Ensure high-quality engineering practices.
• Help resolve complex technical and product issues when deep technical expertise is required.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across the team and organization.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a Tech Lead or Team Lead role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Angular, TypeScript, and modern frontend development.
• Experience building complex web applications or UI tooling.
• Solid understanding of software architecture and design principles (SOLID, modular architecture, scalable UI applications).
• Experience with automated testing approaches and tools for frontend applications.
• Experience with Git and modern development workflows.
• Ability to make technical decisions, mentor engineers, and drive team delivery.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Will be a plus:

• Basic or practical experience with .NET / C#.
• Experience with platform customization tools, low-code / no-code systems, or developer tooling.
• Experience with databases such as MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
