Who We’re Looking For:

We are looking for a hands-on, results-driven ABM Manager to lead account-based marketing execution for our most strategic target accounts worldwide. You will own the full lifecycle of ABM programs — from campaign concept and target account selection to the hands-on logistics that make account-based marketing tangible: branded swag, personalized gifting, and global shipping and fulfillment. Working closely with Sales, BDRs, and the broader marketing team, you’ll help turn account-based strategy into memorable, high-impact experiences that move target accounts through the pipeline.

Location – Poland, Warsaw will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage account-based and general marketing campaigns for target accounts across global markets with the goal to generate business opportunities and high quality leads
  • Own the hands-on logistics of ABM initiatives, including sourcing, production, and worldwide shipping and fulfillment of branded swag and personalized gifting for target accounts;
  • Generate ideas and coordinate branding, merchandise, and creative concepts for ABM campaigns, ensuring consistent, on-brand execution across all account touchpoints;
  • Partner closely with Sales and BDR teams to identify, prioritize, and engage target accounts, aligning ABM tactics with account plans and pipeline goals;
  • Support ongoing general marketing campaigns for target accounts
  • Prepare creative briefs, specifications, and reference materials for internal teams and external vendors producing ABM content, swag, and gifting assets;
  • Source and manage vendors and providers for swag, gifting platforms, and shipping/fulfillment, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring timely, accurate delivery;
  • Manage and optimize ABM program budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control across campaigns, swag, and gifting initiatives;
  • Track ABM activities and target account engagement in CRM, and monitor campaign and account performance metrics to assess ROI and pipeline impact;

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in general marketing, field marketing, or B2B campaign/event management, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software;
  • Hands-on experience managing branded merchandise/swag programs, gifting campaigns, and global shipping and fulfillment logistics;
  • Proven experience working with target accounts and aligning marketing activities with Sales and BDR priorities;
  • Strong campaign orchestration skills, with experience coordinating multichannel programs and cross-functional teams (design, content, sales);
  • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills, with the ability to find favorable terms and out-of-the-box logistics solutions;
  • Analytical mindset, with practical experience tracking campaign performance, ROI, and account engagement metrics;
  • Excellent project management skills: task definition, prioritization, delegation, and multitasking across simultaneous initiatives;
  • Fluency in written and conversational English.

It would be a big plus if you have:

  • Familiarity with ABM or gifting/swag platforms (e.g., Sendoso, PFL, Alyce);
  • Experience planning ABM initiatives around large-scale industry conferences and external events.
