How you can help make a better world of work

Culture Amp is looking for an exceptional Senior Financial Planning Systems Analyst to join us in our mission and to support the Culture Amp growth strategy. You will play a critical role in managing, evolving and leveraging our planning & reporting tool to drive empowerment, accuracy and efficiency. You will also play an integral role in supporting the global budgeting / planning cycles.

As part of this team of amazing humans,

You will

  • Drive evolution of our global financial planning tool, including education, enablement and self-serve reporting
  • Support the FP&A team in the quarterly & annual planning cycles (including automation via the planning tool)
  • Develop models for FP&A projects, that drive accurate, insightful and easy to interpret insights that inform decision making
  • Employ clear, positive and professional communication skills to accurately and succinctly showcase the outcomes of your analysis.

You have

  • Strong experience / passion as a Workday Adaptive Planning super user:
    • Including the ability to gather change requirements from team and either independently (or with support from in-house engineer) configure build
    • Rolling out end-user education and enablement
  • Other planning tool experience / exposure
  • Experience supporting global budgeting cycles
  • Solid ability to support other general FP&A activities / projects
  • Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills, with a creative flair

  • Passionate about evolving planning tool to deliver maximum value
  • Committed to a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in your work
  • Looking forward to working with a dedicated and supportive team and excited to roll your sleeves up
  • Comfortable working on multiple projects at once and thrive in a fast paced environment.
  • Proactive in your approach to work and managing the expectations of key stakeholders

Mandatory Skills / experience:

  1. Tooling experience: Adaptive (must) and another tool (preferred)
  2. FP&A experience: Had exposure and contributed to global budgeting / planning cycles

Success in 3 months time success looks like:

  1. Gained a thorough understanding of the planning tool (Workday Adaptive Planning)
  2. Contributing to the roadmap and evolving the tool per teams' requirements
  3. Proactively driving efficiency, value and utilisation of the planning tool
