Description

WHO WE ARE

Come join the company at the center of how the world adopts AI securely. Cyera’s mission is to give enterprises the confidence to embrace AI safely — deciding exactly what it can see and do as it reaches deeper into the business. We started by solving the hardest problem in data security: finding and securing data faster and more precisely than anyone thought possible. That foundation is now the essential AI trust infrastructure for the Fortune 1000. We’re hiring mission-driven talent to put those leaders at the center of our story.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Director of Global Operations & Facilities to lead Cyera’s global workplace operations as we scale. Reporting to the VP of Business Operations, you’ll own our global workplace strategy, lead Operations Managers across our hubs, and ensure our offices and infrastructure stay ahead of business growth.

You’ll partner closely with Employee Experience, IT, People, Finance, and Procurement to build scalable operations while maintaining an exceptional employee experience.

You’ll build a scalable global workplace operating model that stays ahead of Cyera’s growth. Our offices will operate consistently and efficiently, our investments will be thoughtful and data-driven, and our Operations Managers will function as a high-performing global team with strong local ownership.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Define and execute Cyera’s global workplace and facilities strategy.
  • Lead and develop Operations Managers across global locations, establishing consistent standards and strong local ownership.
  • Drive headcount, capacity, and space planning to anticipate future workplace needs.
  • Lead office openings, expansions, relocations, renovations, and strategic workplace projects.
  • Own the global facilities budget, including forecasting, investment planning, vendor negotiations, and cost optimization.
  • Establish scalable processes, policies, metrics, and operating standards across global offices.
  • Manage strategic relationships with landlords, property managers, contractors, and workplace vendors.
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure our workplaces support business growth, culture, productivity, and employee experience.
  • Balance strategic leadership with a hands-on approach to solving operational challenges.

Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of experience leading workplace operations, facilities, office operations, or a related function, with experience managing global or multi-site environments.
  • Experience supporting and scaling environments of approximately 200–400+ onsite employees.
  • Proven experience managing distributed teams, significant budgets, vendors, and complex workplace projects.
  • Strong capabilities in capacity planning, forecasting, operational strategy, and process development.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth organization, ideally within technology.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and senior stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to operate strategically while remaining practical, agile, and execution-focused.
  • Based in the NYC area and able to work from the NYC office at least three days per week, with occasional global travel.
