We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented Tech Researcher to join our team and help drive the exploration and adoption of cutting-edge technologies. In this role, you will conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies, architectures, and tools to identify opportunities and solutions that enhance our capabilities and products. This hands-on role involves critical research, technical experimentation, and close collaboration with engineering and product teams.

Responsibilities:

• Research emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks, focusing on understanding and assessing their potential impact on our products and systems.
• Dive deep into technical domains, including cloud architectures, AI/ML, distributed systems, data structures, etc.
• Build and maintain experimental playground environments for testing and evaluating new technologies.
• Develop technical insights and best practices based on research findings, sharing them with engineering, product, and leadership teams.
• Translate research insights into actionable recommendations, influencing product direction and technology adoption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and data scientists, to align research efforts with business goals.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical research, software engineering, or a related field.
• Proven hands-on experience with at least one cloud platform (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and modern development tools.
• Strong programming and scripting skills in languages such as JS, Python, or Bash.
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Ability to set up and configure experimental environments, including cloud services and containerized solutions (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent communication and documentation skills for sharing research insights with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Initiative and autonomy to drive projects forward with minimal supervision.
• Advantage: Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation) and DevOps practices.
