About the role
As a Technical Writer at Dremio, you will be a key contributor in delivering the best in class documentation for the company key projects. If you’re passionate about high-quality documentation, see it as an integral part of the product experience, and care deeply about customer satisfaction, this could be the perfect role.
What you'll be doing
- Own the technical documentation writing on key initiatives
- Collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering team in delivering the best user guide, REST API, and other product guides to our customers
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of experience in technical documentation field
- Experience writing technical documentation for Enterprise applications
- Experience in documenting RESTful API and UI guides
- Experience in using GIT or any other version control
- Experience in tracking tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Bugzilla
- Experience in using CLI and API clients such as Postman or Swagger
- Experience in using authoring tools such as Hugo
Bonus points if you have
- Experience documenting SaaS applications
- Experience writing about Big Data, Cloud technologies, and databases
