We're seeking an experienced Business Manager with a focus on our exchange liquidity provider product. We also provide trade execution, credit & treasury management, prime offering, market making services, and best-in-class trading, credit, custody, and structured products. Our global operations, industry-leading technology, and deep liquidity have facilitated client transactions of $1 trillion in volume. Our products & services are regulated, compliant, and trusted.

Role :

As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for the overall business outcomes of FalconX’s Direct Market Access Product Edge which enables eligible clients to access deep exchange liquidity across spot and derivatives markets in digital assets. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams - Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Risk Management, Partnerships, Treasury, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Marketing to ensure seamless execution of business strategies and plans.

Experience :

Candidates must have 4+ years in business management or related roles, with experience working with cross-functional teams in highly fast-paced environments. You should have deep knowledge of crypto market structure and how exchanges work and experience with crypto trading and execution systems. An ideal candidate knows how to build a marketplace by managing the demand and supply side of liquidity needs and is good in client communication as well as internal coordination.

You should have a strategic mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment. Team-oriented and demonstrated willingness to roll up the sleeves and get into the weeds is essential. The ideal candidate for this Business Manager role will possess a strong sense of end-to-end ownership with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment. You should have the ability to think strategically and execute methodically with the help of cross functional teams, demonstrating an ability to lead and manage multiple stakeholders - with competing priorities - from concept to completion.

You should also have a mindset geared towards scaling businesses and driving business outcomes. This includes having a deep understanding of how to work effectively with cross-functional teams, aligning various stakeholders towards common goals, and driving collaborative efforts to achieve business objectives.

Your ability to influence decision-making at all levels within an organization, and across a broad variety of roles, will be key to your success in this role. We expect you to be comfortable dealing with ambiguity and able to handle and resolve complex problems that span workstreams and departments.

Bonus: if you have personal or professional experience in trading digital assets, especially digital asset derivatives.
