Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deliver high-quality code for both front-end and back-end systems.
  • Own features from conception to launch, ensuring quality, security, and performance.
  • Tackle complex technical challenges, particularly those related to large-scale applications.
  • Champion improvements to code quality, security, and performance across the team.
  • Collaborate on defining and enforcing internal standards for code style, maintainability, and best practices for high-scalability.
  • Build and maintain scalable, high-performing customer-facing applications.
  • Develop and analyze test cases for new features.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer using Python, Go, React, and JavaScript.
  • Proven ability to build, test, and ship user-facing products across the entire development stack.
  • Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Comfort working in a Linux environment with shell scripting experience.
  • Knowledge of modern web technologies like cloud platforms (AWS preferred), MySQL databases, Redis caching, and messaging tools (Kafka/SQS).
  • Ability to thrive in a highly agile, iterative software development environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to discuss complex technical, architectural, and organizational issues, proposing clear solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (IIT/NIT or equivalent) preferred.
  • Interest in Blockchain and Decentralization a plus.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with C++, Rust, or Java.
  • Experience in early-stage product startups.
  • Familiarity with Spot and Derivatives trading, or high-frequency trading.
  • Strong passion for continuous learning.
