Job Title: Director of Revenue Operations (Financial Services SaaS Company)

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced and data driven Revenue Operations Director with a strong background in Enterprise SaaS companies, preferably within the financial services sector. This key role will report directly to the VP of Revenue Strategy and Operations and work closely with Revenue Global Leadership Team and regional leaders. The Revenue Operations team owns forecast accuracy, runs the sales processes and frameworks, ensures an efficient end-to-end GTM execution from Marketing to Customer Success Management team, and designs and executes commission plans. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the unique challenges and dynamics of the financial services enterprise SaaS industry.

Your day to day:

  • Own and manage revenue forecasting processes, ensuring accurate and timely forecasting across regions.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and provide insights to drive continuous improvement and revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement streamlined sales processes and frameworks to standardize and optimize GTM operations.
  • Drive end-to-end execution of the GTM strategy, collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Product and other teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Coordinate and drive SKO and QBRs organization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify revenue growth opportunities and drive revenue initiatives within the financial services sector.
  • Design and implement effective commission plans to incentivize and motivate the sales team, aligned with business objectives and revenue targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience leading Revenue/Sales Operations teams or related role in Enterprise SaaS companies, specifically within the financial services sector.
  • Strong expertise in revenue planning, sales process optimization and analytics, within the financial services SaaS industry.
  • Proven success in driving revenue growth and operational efficiency improvements in the enterprise financial services sector.
  • Experience designing and executing commission plans for sales teams in the context of financial services SaaS.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in CRM and sales/marketing systems, as well as revenue analytics platforms.
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, senior executives, and regional leaders.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
