The People Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in championing our commitment to global employee success and organizational excellence. The role will be responsible for owning and managing all aspects of People Operation programs including maintenance, development, implementation, enforcement, enablement, and enhancements. The People Operations function will be the center of maintenance for our employee and candidate database across the People tech stack by managing all data changes to ensure utmost integrity, compliance, and cleanliness. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating efficient and scalable processes and workflows to enhance the operations of the People Team.
The People Operations function works hand-in-hand with the People Technology function to help build and scale a high performing People Team strategy through technology, process, and automation. Your main “client” is the internal People Team and your work directly enables the team to perform more efficiently, effectively, and strategically as we scale with the rapidly growing organization.

What You'll Do
- Develop, enforce, and enhance global People Team programs and processes to support overall efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement new processes, workflows, and best practices and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
- Maintain data integrity and accuracy within the employee database and other People Tech stack tools.
- Manage data changes and change management ensuring integrity, consistency, and cleanliness for the full employee lifecycle (candidate, to hire, to retire).
- Partner with stakeholders to streamline and automate employee lifecycle process for regular, international and contract employees
- Oversee and facilitate background check administration, ensuring compliance and data security.
- Coordinate employee and manager L&D programs, including sign-ups, certification tracking, and calendar management.
- Manage the People Team communications calendar and coordinate internal communications for the team and Company-wide meetings.
- Facilitate interview scheduling, prioritizing critical candidate pipeline needs and managing workload efficiently.
- Maintain and update the company intranet to ensure accessibility and usability.
- Regularly report status updates to People Team stakeholders to ensure visibility for employee lifecycle data management.
- Partner with the People Technology team to develop technology and process enablement for People Team members and for the entire Company to enhance engagement with our tech stack.
- Partner with leadership to enhance current programs to support global scalability and efficiency.
- Diligently document workflows and procedures for internal team guidance and knowledge sharing to ensure that all processes are memorialized and easy to follow.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Any other tasks that may be assigned to help the company meet its goals.
What You'll Bring
- At least 3 years of experience in People Operations, HR, or a related field, with demonstrated success in managing employee lifecycle processes, implementing scalable workflows, and maintaining data integrity across HR systems
- Successful experience with project management and administration
- Experience with building processes and programs that meet the needs of the team and the overall business goals
- Ability to manage change and deal effectively with change management initiatives
- Ability to effectively build enablement collateral, conduct virtual presentations and training sessions, and thoroughly document processes
- Strong technical acumen with various HR systems
- Ability to build collaborative relationships across business units to successfully accomplish business objectives
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and G-Suite
- Highly detail oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving and decision making skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work independently and effectively with minimal supervision
- Ability to work well under tight deadlines and respond to rapidly changing demands and fulfill efficient follow ups
- Ability to take vague concepts and create actionable plans and projects
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills

The base pay range for this position is 80,000-110,000. Compensation is not limited to base salary.
