Mission

As a Software Engineer in Test, you will help implement GitGuardian products by using and testing our latest features, and by implementing and maintaining automated tests. We are looking for highly technical engineers, able to propose innovative solutions in a wide range of areas.

• Work closely with product teams and development teams to test our latest features
• Implement and maintain automated tests (end-to-end tests, performance tests…)
• Implement custom tools to test our products
• Continuously test the products and write detailed and precise bug reports for any unexpected behavior

Requirements

• You have a background in engineering, computer science or a similar technical field
• You have at least 3+ years of experiences in Quality Assurance Engineering
• Proficient in programming languages such as Typescript or Python
• Proficient using a modern end-to-end test framework such as Playwright or Cypress
• Experienced in implementing different types of tests such as performance tests
• Experienced in implementing and maintaining Continuous Integration jobs (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Circle CI…)
• Experienced working on a web based SaaS product
• Familiar with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud or Azure

Bonus Points

• Familiar using Docker as development environment
  
• Familiar with infrastructure and with IaC tools such as Terraform, Kubernetes or Ansible
  
• You have a previous experience working with self-hosted products and with features heavily relying on third-party providers
