GitGuardian teams have developed a source code security platform for the DevOps generation. Our solutions are already used by more than 400K developers worldwide!
Preparing a Series C funding, GitGuardian continues to scale! We are looking for our next Talent Acquisition team member, to help teams to grow and have a strong impact on the company development.

Mission
Within a team of 2-3, your mission will be to source and recruit the best talent for the teams, as well as to activate all of the company's recruitment strategies.
- Define the need: working closely with hiring managers, you will help them identify key skills to look for. You will thus write scorecards, publish online job ads, etc…
- Define the hiring process: you will help the hiring team to write down main criteria and thus behavioral and situational questions, to ensure that we will assess the candidates correctly.
- Source the best talents: hunting them on different channels (Linkedin Recruiter, x-ray, schools forums, founder network, referral…), to build a strong pipeline.
- Provide the best experience to candidates: owning the whole process end to end, you will accompany candidates with a smooth and enjoyable recruitment experience, through the final offer presentation.
- Provide value to hiring managers: thanks to data, constantly optimize the process, making it as simple as possible with the maximum performance.
- Be innovative & efficient: the door for any innovative actions is open!

Requirements
If you think you match at least 70% of these criteria, please apply!
- At least a first significant experience sourcing and recruiting talents (2-5 years) thanks to a real methodology. Sourcing is key for our engineering department growth
- Knowledge in engineering recruitment: backend, frontend, SRE, QA,... those positions sound familiar to you
- Understanding of recruitment dynamics in a tech startup: navigating in uncertainty, ownership, continuously willing to improve your skills in sourcing, recruitment marketing, best practices for candidate and manager experience, tools, etc.
- Organizational skills: you are autonomous on prioritizing your tasks.Curious and enthusiastic personality
- Fluent in French
It would be nice if you:
- Have recruited beyond engineering teams.
- Are fluent in English
- Understand structured interview methodology
