About GitGuardian

GitGuardian is a global cybersecurity scale-up. The company is based in Paris, New-York City, Boston.

Among our early investors who saw our market value proposition, are the co-founder of GitHub, Scott Chacon, along with Solomon Hykes, Docker's co-founder. American and European top-tier VC firms have also invested in GitGuardian who raised its series C early 2026.

GitGuardian helps enterprises close credential-based breach paths. It finds secrets wherever they live, prioritizes remediation based on rich context, and prevents new exposure across code, systems, and AI. The GitGuardian platform is already used by more than 600K developers worldwide and by 50 of the fortune 500!

About your team and collaboration

As Director, GTM Enablement, you'll build and lead a high-performing enablement function that spans the full go-to-market motion: Enterprise Account Executives, BDRs, Customer Success, Account Management, and, over time, Partners. You'll operate as a player-coach: personally building the first wave of programs and field materials while hiring and developing a global team across the United States and France, with clear standards and shared accountability for field impact.

You'll serve as a trusted internal consultant to GTM leaders and field teams by listening closely, diagnosing the real business need, and recommending the right intervention rather than a one-size-fits-all program. That means staying close to execution and adoption, not just design. You'll also partner closely with Marketing, Product Marketing, and Product to translate complex cybersecurity and technical concepts into practical, field-ready learning experiences, giving reps and customer-facing teams a clear, differentiated story and the tools to execute at a high level.

Your Mission

  • Build and lead GitGuardian's global go-to-market enablement function across Account Executives, Business Development Representatives, Customer Success, Account Management, and, over time, Partners

  • Operate as a player-coach from day one: personally create high-impact programs, content, playbooks, and field materials while building a team to deliver work at the same standard

  • Develop a scalable enablement strategy that improves onboarding, ramp, value-based selling, discovery, executive conversations, competitive positioning, pipeline execution, and customer expansion

  • Translate complex cybersecurity and product concepts into clear, practical learning experiences for both commercial and customer-facing audiences, building or hiring technical enablement expertise where needed

  • Serve as a trusted internal consultant to GTM leaders and field teams: listen closely, diagnose the real business need, recommend the right intervention, and stay close to execution and adoption

  • Hire, develop, and manage a high-performing global team across the United States and France, with clear standards, strong coaching, and shared accountability for field impact

  • Create a rigorous operating model for enablement, including prioritization, stakeholder alignment, program governance, reinforcement, adoption, and measurement tied to business outcomes

About you

If you think you match at least 70% of these criteria, please apply!

Here's what we consider essential for success in this role. You are:

  • An experienced go-to-market or sales enablement leader who has built and scaled programs in a complex, global B2B technology organization, ideally in cybersecurity or enterprise software

  • A true player-coach who is equally comfortable setting strategy, building content yourself, facilitating live sessions, coaching team members, and hiring the capabilities the function needs next

  • Deeply fluent in value-based selling and the realities of enterprise go-to-market execution, with the judgment to connect enablement priorities to revenue, retention, expansion, and customer outcomes

  • Consultative and service-oriented: you build trust quickly, listen without ego, navigate competing priorities, and make field teams feel supported rather than managed from a distance

  • A highly effective cross-functional partner who can align Sales, BDR, Customer Success, Account Management, Partnerships, Product, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and senior leadership around clear outcomes

  • Able to make technical cybersecurity concepts accessible and actionable. You do not need to be the deepest technical expert, but you know how to assess gaps, partner with subject-matter experts, and hire technical enablement talent when needed

  • An experienced people leader who can manage across cultures and time zones, create consistency across the United States and France, and develop a team through clear expectations and thoughtful coaching

  • Energized by scale-up pace, ambiguity, and hands-on ownership. Prior experience carrying a quota or working directly in a sales role is a strong plus
