About the Role

The Technology Partnerships Team is hiring a Senior Technology Partner Manager to own our relationships with North American-based Technology Companies. As our Senior Technology Partner Manager, you will join a team that focuses on enabling internal and external parties and growing revenue by forging strong partnerships with other leading technology vendors in the e-commerce ecosystem. This is a key role for Gorgias and you will require superb customer service skills, positive energy, tenacity with solving problems, and you truly care about making e-commerce merchant's lives easier through integrations.

Partnerships at Gorgias

  • 1000+ partners, including some of the biggest Technology and Agency partners in the world.

  • Attending 250+ events per year

  • Growth: 10-15%+ MoM for the last 18 months

Tech Partnerships at Gorgias

  • 50 Strategic GTM Partners (e.g., Klaviyo, Attentive, Yotpo), and 150 long-tail Tech Partners

  • Average contract value: $4k+

  • Close rate: 50%

  • Sales cycle: 30 days to close

KPI Structure

You will carry and own a quarterly revenue quota (closed ARR), the compensation for which will be paid out on a monthly basis.

What You'll Do

Help scale our Technology Partnerships channel by driving revenue through existing & newly identified Technology Partners.

You will leverage traditional & innovative business development tactics to build a revenue flywheel with our biggest Technology Partners.

  • Drive Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) through our platform and technology partners including Shopify, BigCommerce, Attentive, Recharge, Yotpo, and many more…

  • Enable and engage with hundreds of sales, success, and Solution engineers at scale (i.e. email campaigns, in-person meet-ups, lunch and learns).

  • Develop our partner program, processes, and documents to enable our partners to become ambassadors of our software and drive leads through our sales process.

  • Work closely with Account Managers and Account Executives to help them close deals and optimize the sales pipeline.

  • Be the face of the company at various events, meetups, and trade shows.

  • Become a thought leader on the topic of e-commerce, including partner solutions.

Who You Are

  • You have 3+ years of experience in partnerships or in an external facing role at a SAAS company (sales, customer success, etc.).

  • You have a builder mindset and want to step up to the challenge of hustling to scale our technology and events channel.

  • You are high-energy and have experience driving growth by generating revenue and working with sales teams to close deals.

  • You can demonstrate a holistic understanding of marketing and sales strategies in e-commerce or SAAS

  • You have a strong ability to influence. People trust you for your matter expertise.

  • Comfortable in an international environment, can be travelling 20% of the time.
