About the Role
We are looking for a strong, execution focused Recruiter to own end to end hiring across multiple functions at Gorgias.
You will manage active searches across a mix of business and operational roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver high quality hires within clear timelines.
You may also support more senior recruiters and the Head of Talent Acquisition on technical or leadership searches through research, talent mapping, and candidate shortlisting.
This is a high ownership role for the searches you directly own, while also contributing to broader team hiring efforts.

Mission
Own and deliver high quality hiring across assigned functions, ensuring searches move with speed, structure, and strong candidate experience, while contributing to a high performance Talent Acquisition culture at Gorgias.
What You’ll Do
Own 5 to 10 concurrent roles end to end, from intake to offer close
Run structured intake meetings to align on success profiles and sourcing strategy
Drive sourcing across LinkedIn, referrals, inbound, and creative outbound when needed
Run structured, high signal phone screens tied to defined competencies
Partner closely with hiring managers to ensure alignment, feedback quality, and efficient decision making
Contribute to technical or leadership searches through research, talent mapping, and shortlisting support when needed
Keep pipelines clean and up to date in Ashby
Proactively identify bottlenecks and course correct without waiting to be told
Lead offer processes and drive high offer acceptance rates
Contribute to continuous improvement of our hiring process and metrics dashboard

Quality of hire, assessed through early performance feedback
Data hygiene and process discipline in our ATS

What We’re Looking For
2 to 4 years of recruiting experience
Experience in agency or in house within a fast paced tech or scale up environment
Proven track record of closing roles under time constraints without compromising on quality
Strong judgment, you can distinguish between signal and noise in a candidate profile
You understand the difference between perception and perspective, you seek context before forming conclusions
Naturally driven and self motivated, you take ownership without needing reminders
Comfortable being accountable for results
Confident partnering with and constructively challenging hiring managers when needed
Experience using an ATS, ideally Ashby or a similar structured system
Team and Culture
You will join a small, high accountability Talent team that values structure, transparency, and continuous improvement.
