About the Role
We are seeking a passionate member to join our Revenue Operations team. This player-coach role focuses on designing world-class processes and systems aligned with Highspot’s global Go-To-Market Strategy. You will lead and help administer Sales tools, including Salesforce, while building out a team of administrators and architects. This involves assessing needs, making vs. buy decisions for new tools, and developing plans to drive change. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Sales Enablement team to design and deliver a curriculum for adopting these processes and systems to enhance productivity. Your role will involve working across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, Finance, and IT to boost customer satisfaction, productivity, and efficiency through automation and optimized processes.
Reporting to the Director of Revenue Technology, you will leverage your deep expertise with Salesforce and experience in architecture, integrations, and workflows to drive the evolution of sales processes and systems. As a strategic hub intersecting multiple functions, you will thrive on technology and drive impactful change.

What You'll Do

  • Responsibilities include:
  • Sales Process Optimization
  • Support the evolution of sales processes and systems to improve productivity.
  • Create and document current sales processes, systems, and tools.
  • Define and prioritize initiatives to streamline and automate processes with measurable success metrics.
  • Sales Systems Management
  • Oversee the selection, implementation, and maintenance of sales technology solutions (CRM, sales automation tools, etc.).
  • Ensure systems integration for accurate, real-time data for decision-making.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce processes to maintain data integrity.
  • Collaboration and Leadership
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to prioritize projects, scope requirements, and implement solutions across go-to-market functions. Oversee overall improvement project execution, coordinating with enablement to drive change management and adoption of improved processes and tools.
  • Partner with Partner and Customer Success organizations to incorporate an end-to-end view into process design.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Training and Enablement
  • Collaborate with the Sales Enablement team to design and deliver a curriculum aimed at adopting implemented processes and systems.
  • Train and support the sales team in the effective use of sales systems and tools.
  • Compliance and Governance
  • Partner with the Governance, Risk, and Compliance team to implement and execute compliance processes for SOX, GDPR, etc.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales operations, tools, and analytics.

Your Background

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in sales operations, process improvement, and implementing sales processes and systems within a B2B SaaS company.
  • Deep understanding of the Lead to Order business processes and supporting technologies, including CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce Sales Cloud), CPQ, Clari, and GTM applications.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting (Salesforce, Tableau, Snowflake).

This position is available remote, in the following locations:

Base salary range: $166,087 - $225,217
Employees are eligible to receive stock options and may also receive other forms of compensation.
The above represents total expected compensation for this role. Actual compensation will depend on various job-related factors, including, but not limited to, location, experience, and job qualifications.
