Our Talent Attraction team is looking for a highly-motivated, Mexico-based Full Cycle Recruiter to expand our team in LATAM and help build a world class team that is reimagining the Directory space. You’ll be working with a wide range of executives and people leaders across the organization to determine hiring needs and foster a referral-friendly environment. We would like to upgrade our team with a self-driven recruiter who manages change smoothly, while maintaining a great attitude.
Responsibilities
- To source, review, engage and screen sales, marketing, legal, professional services, customer success, finance and operations candidates for our rapidly growing organization
- Drive candidates through the recruiting cycle, keeping our ATS up to date at all times
- Engage with Hiring Managers on hiring needs while maintaining full responsibility for assigned roles
- Create and manage job postings and offer approvals
- Create an exceptional candidate experience for all potential JumpCloudians
Qualifications
- 5+ years of recruiting experience
- Ability to manage change effectively and to work successfully in a fast-paced environment
- Great communication skills
- Ability to work on a variety of roles (marketing, sales, finance etc) roles simultaneously
- Agency experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree
