The Project Manager will be responsible for the implementation of mid market to large enterprise clients managing multiple projects of various durations simultaneously. This is a strategic and highly visible role, requiring partnering with both external and internal teams including Solutions Consulting, Professional Services, Customer Success, as well as various Sales and Leadership roles. The role requires an expertise in translating and documenting broad goals and objectives into detailed project plans and processes to drive projects across all implementation phases. The Project Manager will be working directly with clients to ensure they get the best support from the inception to closing of the project.


  • Driving consistent delivery against technical scope outlined in SOW and create detailed project plans based on all of its components
  • Actively engage team members in the projects as indicated in RACI charts and provide continuous support to ensure everyone is equipped to succeed, and set clear expectations with internal and external stakeholders
  • Establish a framework for collaborating with each assigned client to guide engagement delivery, technical solution design, deployment, operational readiness, and adoption
  • Manage stakeholders of various backgrounds at enterprise organizations up to executive level
  • Identify potential project risks, develop and manage contingency plans throughout implementations
  • Log project issues and track their resolution with the project team
  • Manage project scope against BRD, recognize deviations and raise change requests as necessary
  • Create communication strategy and manage it internally and externally throughout projects’ execution
  • Track project progress, including calculating percentage complete, Cost Variance (CV), Schedule Variance (SV), outlining dependencies and evaluating status of project deliverables
  • Lead calls with the clients relating to the project status, answer all client questions or redirect them to the proper channels
  • Actively resolve conflicts that arise internally and externally, manage escalations
  • Identify opportunities for maximizing our value to the client and communicate to the team for planning actions
  • Manage client relationships and ensure positive experience throughout implementation


  • 3+ years of Project/Program Management experience with Technical skills, high level understanding of software development process
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM applications
  • Prior experience working with multiple clients at enterprise level organizations
  • Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environment within tight timelines
  • Understanding of enterprise business processes
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Self-organization, requiring minimum supervision
  • Adept at managing team members to perform work tasks and building positive work relationships
  • Familiarity with implementing and using Software as a Service (“SaaS”) solutions in Waterfall and/or Agile methodologies
  • PMP certification is a plus
