We value providing opportunities for professional growth, and hence, we typically refrain from offering at the upper limit of the salary range. This approach allows for future development within the role, ensuring that compensation can be adjusted to reflect an individual's advancing skills and contributions to the team while maintaining internal fairness.

LeanData helps the world’s fastest-growing companies automate, simplify, and accelerate revenue.

LeanData is searching for a Corporate Controller who is excited to lead a high-performing GL Accounting team while maintaining a focus on process improvement and scalability. In this role, you will oversee accounting operations, revenue recognition, payroll, tax, treasury, and stock administration. LeanData is fortunate to be in a growth stage, so in addition to the day to day operations, you will work within and across departments to implement systems, improve processes and expand existing policies. This role reports directly to the CFO and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working within a fast-paced environment while still maintaining a close attention to detail.
