What will you be doing?
- Provide daily administrative and logistical support to the Office of the CEO team.
- Manage all aspects of business travel arrangements and expenses for the CEO.
- Deputise for the Senior EA to the CEO as required, handling priority tasks in their absence.
- Coordinate and execute small-to-medium sized events within the Manchester office, in collaboration with the Senior Office Manager and wider EA team.
- Assist with departmental planning and calendar management, coordinating closely with the Office Manager and wider EA team to drive these to completion.
- Establish strong professional and collaborative relationships, both with internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct small-scale projects from time to time to support the Office of the CEO.
- Support with other adhoc tasks as and when required.
What are we looking for?
- High proficient with G- suite, Google Workspace and/or MS office.
- Demonstrated ability to build professional and collaborative relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to coordinate and manage small events.
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to effectively prioritise and manage several competing tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proven ability to take ownership of tasks and drive them through to completion.
- Exceptional understanding of the need for discretion and confidentiality at all times.
- Flexibility to work across global time zones and outside of standard core hours when required.
- Collaborative working - actively seeks input from others, shares information willing and contributes positively, understanding that success is shared.

Personal Capabilities
At Matillion, we are committed to providing competitive salaries in line with market standards. Our estimated compensation range for this position is £24,000 - £36,000, but the final salary will be based on your relevant skills, experience and qualifications demonstrated in the hiring process.
