1. Responsibilities
HR Operations & Service Delivery
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to support the business's organizational needs.
- Manage all employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, promotions, and internal mobility.
- Ensure HR systems, policies, and processes are accurate, compliant, and up-to-date.
- Prepare and distribute HR documentation such as letters of intent/offer letters, addendums, and change notices.
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation in HRIS systems.
- Support the payroll process in collaboration with third-party vendors and internal teams.
- Monitor and manage local vendor relationships for HR and benefits administration.
- Ensure full compliance with local employment laws, benefit regulations, and company policies.
Talent & Performance Management
- Partner with leaders to support workforce planning, talent acquisition, and organizational changes.
- Facilitate talent review and calibration sessions using global tools and frameworks.
- Support the implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, coaching, and year-end reviews.
- Coach managers on development planning and stretch opportunities for high-potential employees.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Drive initiatives that support employee engagement, retention, and inclusion.
- Analyze survey results and partner with leaders to develop action plans.
- Promote a strong culture aligned with the company’s values and mission.
Employee Relations & Compliance
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters, supporting both leaders and employees.
- Help resolve workplace issues with professionalism, fairness, and consistency.
- Support HRBPs with insights related to international labor practices when applicable.
- Ensure all employee-related decisions and documentation are legally sound and aligned with global policies.
Project Support & Global Coordination
- Contribute to key HR projects and initiatives at both the regional and global level.
- Coordinate with global teams to support HR processes across different countries.
- Share best practices and help maintain consistency in employee experience across regions.
- Other duties as assigned
2. Experience
- 6+ years of HR experience with exposure to a range of HR functions (e.g., employee relations, recruitment, operations, compliance, engagement) or a combination of education and experience.
- Experience working in multinational environments or on cross-border HR initiatives.
- Experience in SaaS or healthcare tech industries (preferred).
- Experience managing third-party vendors and working with global HR systems (preferred)

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret data and apply insights to HR decisions.
- Ability to build trusting relationships across different levels of the organization.
- Comfortable managing confidential and sensitive information.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented.
- Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-changing environments.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and make sound decisions amidst uncertainty.
- Familiarity with managing remote teams and distributed workforces.
- Knowledge of global employment laws and international labor practices (preferred).
4. Education, Certifications, Licenses
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- SHRM/HRCI certification is a plus.
5. Travel Requirements
