1. Responsibilities
- Position and message Medable’s eClinical and AI enabled solutions with clarity and accuracy
- Build therapeutic area narratives tied to protocol needs and patient journeys
- Support go to market and launch plans across eCOA, RPM, telehealth, AI powered capabilities, and more
- Create and refine ICPs and personas across clinical operations, eCOA, digital science, and TA stakeholders
- Deliver competitive and market insights that guide product and sales strategy
- Partner with product and clinical teams to align messaging with regulatory, compliance, and evidence standards
- Equip sales with messaging frameworks, talk tracks, competitive briefs, and objection handling
- Collaborate on content for webinars, conferences, and customer storytelling
- Collaborate with demand generation, field marketing, content, and creative teams to drive demand
- Measure program impact and optimize based on performance
- Other duties as assigned
2. Experience
- 6+ years of work experience in product marketing or solution marketing, or a combination of education and experience
- Experience marketing AI-driven solutions, especially generative AI applications in healthcare a plus
- Experience in eClinical technology or the clinical trial ecosystem
- Experience leading launches from planning to execution
3. Skills
- An AI power user who applies AI with confidence and can clearly articulate its value
- Knowledge of study workflows and patient data processes is a plus
- Ability to explain complex concepts with clarity
- Comfortable partnering across teams and influencing without authority
4. Education, Certifications, Licenses
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Data Sciences or equivalent experience including marketer with deep clinical trial product marketing experience.
