1. Responsibilities
- Assist Production Manager in leading the day to day operations of the production facility and upholding processes in line with ALCOA (attributable, legible, contemporaneous, original and accurate) and Good Manufacturing Processes
- Utilize Mobile Device Management software to configure devices per Medable procedure
- Prepare devices and shipments (incl. airway bill preparation) in a manner that results in accurate and on time deliveries
- Receive and maintain inventory utilizing ERP software
- Assist Production Manager in routine maintenance of performance metrics and dashboards related to device shipments, returns, and inventory levels
- Develop methods to enhance quality and efficiency and assist in implementing these improvements
- Assist in the research and development, testing and troubleshooting of Medable’s device technology
- Ensure audit readiness and educate customers on the capabilities of the department
- Proactively identify and addresses issues or risks
- Become an expert in Medable’s product offerings and device technologies
- Other duties as assigned
2. Experience
- 4 years of experience to include any combination of:
- 2+ years working in electronic device programming
- 4+ years in warehousing operations
- 2+ years experience working in the clinical trial industry
- Experience with Mobile Device Management technology (VMware Workspace ONE/Airwatch, SotiMobile, etc.)
- Strong experience in mobile technology - troubleshooting, operating systems, connectivity
- Experience with clinical trial management (preferred)
- Experience working with budgets (preferred)
3. Skills
- Knowledge of logistics practices
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Excellent communicator both orally and in writing
- High technical aptitude
- Able to collaborate with various teams
- Working knowledge of: Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Salesforce, Jira, Netsuite, Mobile Device Management (VMware)
4. Education, Certifications, Licenses
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
