1. Responsibilities
- Developing proposals (text & budgets) in response to Customer Request for Proposals (RFPs)
- Developing budgets for RFPs, contracts and change orders including any revisions required
- Updating of SFDC when specification changes and rebids occur Maintain data accuracy (including approvals, discount records, Medable products recording ) in SFDC outside of Close Date and FPFV/LPLV dates for assigned opportunities and Sales reporting support
- Liaising and partnering with the Legal department on the coordination of Customer/Medable legal and privacy documents requiring Medable Subject Matter Expert input in support of Sales activity, for example Master Service Agreements, Work Orders, Data Protection Agreements etc
- Support the creation and review of contracts r and MSA comment management and drive them towards a conclusion by partnering with the Legal Department for signature management. Responsibility will include but not limited to providing confirmation that appropriate versions, approvals are in place
- Liaising with Customers to obtain contract signature for awarded contracts to support accurate internal forecasting
- Other duties as assigned
2. Skills & Experience
Proficient at the use of SFDC
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
Works well with broader Medable teams (Customer Success, Product, Sales etc)
Experience of successfully working within a sales or contracts or proposals role
Experience in creating contracts and negotiation skills (preferred)
Must be able to prioritize and meet deadlines
Previous experience working within the pharmaceutical or clinical research industry (preferred)
Self-motivated and acts with a positive attitude and sense of urgency in getting things done
Excellent attention to detail
3. Years of Experience
- 2+ years of experience in either sales/proposals/contracts environment within Clinical/eClinical businesses or a combination of education and experience
4. Minimum Level of Education
- Bachelor's degree in Legal, life science, pharmacy, business administration or a related field
Preferred Degree/Certification
- Legal, life science, pharmacy, business administration
Software Skills
- Microsoft Office
