Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to drive organizational growth and scale. This role reports to the Chief People Officer and will be the trusted advisor to the R&D organization, supporting engineering, product management, IT and security. The HRBP will be considered a key member of the leadership team and will translate business plans into clear, concise talent, engagement and organizational strategies that provide measurable impact to the business. This role requires 5 days a week in our Mountain View HQ Office.

The ideal candidate will be driven to make a significant impact to the business, excel in an extremely fast paced, ever changing environment and is looking to join a strong, collaborative HR team. The successful candidate will need to be exceptionally well organized, detailed, able to make the complex simple, They will need to understand the business and think strategically.

  • Foster a culture of attracting, developing and retaining a diverse workforce of exceptional talent
  • Provide insights to leadership team and drive people solutions and strategies
  • Act as a change agent as the company continues to evolve in a fast paced growth environment.
  • Partner with CoE’s and regional teams to deliver seamless employee experience
  • Work towards continuous improvement of our HR programs, policies, processes and systems with a business first mindset
  • Ensure a high bar for talent by attracting, retaining and developing the best.
  • Work with business leaders on optimal strategy, structure and people designs that achieve the business objectives.
  • Drive data driven solutions that focus on organizational health across the employee lifecycle (attrition , diversity engagement)

Qualifications

  • At least 10-15 years of HR business partnering or consulting experience.
  • Strong executive presence that inspires trust and confidence.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong grasp on business trends.
  • Sound judgment, with the ability to balance short and long-term priorities in a disciplined manner.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, ever changing environment and calmly adapts to change when needed.
  • Highly collaborative, team player willing to roll up sleeves and do the necessary.
  • Exceptional emotional intelligence and ability to empathize and quickly build trust with a wide range of people at all levels.

Compensation Range: $200,000 - 257,000

*Our compensation package includes a market competitive salary, equity for all full time roles, exceptional benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions or bonus plans.
Ultimately, in determining pay, final offers may vary from the amount listed based on geography, the role’s scope and complexity, the candidate’s experience and expertise, and other factors.
