The Role :


We are seeking a Technical Program/Project Manager, to join our Web Development team, with a solid technical background and approximately 5 years of experience in program/project management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of coordinating and managing deliverables across various projects, with the capability to navigate through the complexities of working across multiple time zones. While experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is not required, a broad technical and engineering experience is crucial for understanding and driving projects to successful completion. This role calls for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual who excels in program management and project management and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Serve as a pivotal force in the integration and collaboration between development, IT operations, and quality assurance teams through the adoption and execution of DevOps principles and practices. Responsible for architecting, implementing, and optimizing deployment pipelines, ensuring continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD) processes that support an agile development environment. The role demands a hands-on approach to monitoring systems, improving automated deployments, scaling and managing our cloud infrastructure, and working closely with the development team to identify and resolve infrastructure bottlenecks and issues. Must possess a strong understanding of cloud services, version control systems, infrastructure as code, automation tools, and containerization to streamline and secure our application development lifecycle, ultimately enhancing operational efficiencies and product quality.

What will you do?

  • Liaison between technical and marketing teams to increase web development velocity and output for our corporate website evolution
  • Define and document business requirements to ensure projects are infused with technical documentation to move with speed and efficiency
  • Manage capacity for the web development team and ensure resource are allocated properly against business priorities and company goals
  • Coordinate and manage project deliverables, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams—including engineering, design, operations, and external stakeholders—to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.
  • Lead the web project planning process, including the development of project plans, goals, and identifying resources needed.
  • Run programs that cross engineering team boundaries and involve significant product, business, and coordination complexity.
  • Ensure there is always a source of truth and accountability on scope, schedule, resources, open decisions / risks and quality of the program.
  • Monitor project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques to track progress, manage risks, and implement necessary changes.
  • Facilitate communication across various teams and stakeholders, ensuring all parties are informed of project statuses, milestones, and potential issues.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related queries.
  • Foster a project management culture that emphasizes quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What you will bring to the table ?
  • A minimum of ~5 years of experience in a technical program/project management role.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and coordinate across multiple time zones.
  • Strong technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in program management software and tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience operating in ambiguity, shepherding product, process, and/or engineering programs from concept to completion
  • Ability to find the balance between driving in a scrappy manner vs structured program management. Getting results!
  • Experience building and maintaining automated project dashboards (Asana, JIRA) and integrations
  • Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web development frameworks a plus.
  • Performance Analysis, Analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Create clear and informative reports on website performance metrics.
  • Conduct user experience evaluations to assess website usability and propose enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards for real-time monitoring of KPIs

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in agile methodologies and leading agile projects.
  • Prior experience or familiarity with digital and web development projects.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with a focus on achieving project objectives.
