About the position:

Netskope is looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our Go-To-Market (GTM) Systems Team. This role will primarily be responsible for building and supporting our Service Cloud environment in our GovCloud org, but will also act as a technical resource in our Commercial org. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce programmatic development, as well as deep expertise in leading and executing on technical solution design within a complex Salesforce environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise and develop scalable solutions to support Netskope’s Service Cloud environment in our GovCloud org
  • Maintain and enhance the customer support community site in Experience Cloud for our federal customers
  • Work cross functionally with key GTM stakeholders to scope, design, and execute on technical solutions within Salesforce to support key initiatives
  • Develop flows, Apex, and lightning web components to support solution design
  • Configure and maintain a solution that supports data integrity between our Commercial org and GovCloud org
  • Work closely with other Salesforce Administrators and Developers to support Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ within our Commercial org
  • Work closely with the development team to define and enforce strict change management policies
  • Optimize our Salesforce environments by identifying and eliminating technical debt
  • Create and maintain code documentation
  • Proactively monitor for and troubleshoot technical issues

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience administering Service Cloud & Experience Cloud at an enterprise SaaS company
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II
  • Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant (preferred, but not required)
  • Experience working in and maintaining a GovCloud org (preferred, but not required)
  • Experience working in a complex Salesforce environment with multiple clouds, including CPQ
  • Experience with iPaaS solutions such as Workato or Mulesoft.
  • Hands on experience with technical solution design and development using flows, Apex, and lightning web components
  • Familiarity with integrating and managing third party applications with Salesforce
  • Experience with the end to end development process, including sprint cycles, request evaluation, estimating level of effort, deployment using Metadata API/ Changesets, code coverage, and post mortems
  • Familiarity with Salesforce architecture and hands on knowledge working on Salesforce APIs
  • Understanding of Sales and Customer Technical Support business processes, aligned to Lead, Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities, Orders, and Case Objects
  • Ability to work directly with a variety of stakeholders, including Director level and above, to capture business requirements and provide solutions within Salesforce

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
