The Role:
As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a talented Marketing Events Contractor to support our dynamic, global marketing team.
In collaboration with the Outreach Revenue Marketing Team, the Marketing Events Contractor will play a crucial role in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing events and field activity. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure seamless execution of conferences, trade shows, ABM events, flagship activity, and community engagement from ideation through to completion and follow-up.
Location: London, UK . This is a hybrid position where it is required to be in our London office in Shoreditch.

Responsibilities:

  • Event Planning and Execution: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute comprehensive event plans, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and target audience. Coordinate all logistics for events, including venue selection, vendor management, budget tracking, travel arrangements, and on-site coordination. Develop event timelines, schedules, and communication plans to ensure smooth execution. Manage event registrations, attendee communications, and post-event follow-ups.
  • Content Development and Promotion: Collaborate with the content team to create engaging event content, including presentations, collateral, signage, and promotional materials. Assist in crafting compelling event messaging and marketing campaigns to generate attendee interest and drive event registration.
  • Marketing Operations: Manage event databases and maintain accurate records of attendees, leads, and contacts using the CRM system. Support the marketing team in data analysis and reporting on event performance, including key metrics and ROI. Assist with email marketing campaigns, list management, and segmentation to effectively target event audiences.
  • Relationship Management: Foster relationships with event partners, sponsors, and industry influencers to maximize event exposure and collaboration opportunities. Coordinate with segment marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and leverage event participation for lead generation and customer engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience (2+ years) in marketing event coordination, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, event planning, and project management.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and event management platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
