You will be joining the foundation group, which is responsible for developing and maintaining our main product that is used by thousands of customers.. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of technical challenges and contribute to the design and development of the product. The team values collaboration, continuous learning, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will be expected to take ownership of your work and be proactive in seeking out new challenges and opportunities to grow and develop your skills.

About You

• You are an experience team lead
• You enjoy learning new technologies with a view to defining optimal solutions
• You enjoy taking ideas from conception to delivery
• You are self motivated and have excellent analytical, problem solving and trouble-shooting skills
• You enjoy working collaboratively with product and engineering teams to deliver value to clients

Your Day-to-Day Role

• You will manage a team of 4-5 engineers
• You will lead design and planning of the team epics
• You will participate in daily scrum meetings
• You will managing production issues relevant to the team
• You will participate in design reviews
• You will be part of the group leadership team
• You will do code reviews and push for quality
• You will solve production issues and other problem solving activities as needed

Your Work Experience

• You have 2+ years of experience as a engineering team lead managing at least 3 engineers
• Python experience is a strong advantage
• You have a BS in Computer Science or equivalent degree
• You have experience with scalability and performance
• You have an experience with cloud based applications
• You have an experience with handling production issues
• Software development high level (Python,Java, Scala,.Net), no hardware
• +2 years experience as a team manager
• Willing to work 3 days a week at office in TLV

Important Details

This is a full-time position. The ideal candidate will work out of our Tel Aviv office to maximise collaboration and interaction with the business. Travel may be required.
