Pendo is seeking a seasoned Senior Recruiter to lead our recruitment efforts for EMEA and APAC. You will play a pivotal role in sourcing and hiring top talent, emphasizing sales hiring. Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent in EMEA and APAC.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and priorities.
- Screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet the required qualifications and cultural fit.Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and cultural alignment.
- Negotiate and extend offers to successful candidates.
- Employer Branding:
- Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice in EMEA and APAC.
- Collaborate with marketing and HR teams to create compelling employer branding materials.
- Actively participate in industry events and conferences to network with potential candidates.
- Process Improvement:
- Continuously evaluate and improve the recruitment process to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify and implement innovative recruiting tools and technologies.
- Track and analyze key metrics to measure recruitment performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and US-based stakeholders to ensure a globally consistent hiring process.

- Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter with a strong track record of success in hiring technical and non-technical roles in EMEA and APAC.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment methodologies and sourcing techniques.
- Strong understanding of the tech industry and emerging trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills. 1
